To become a member the first step is to attend the "starting point" class where you will meet with the Pastors and some of the leadership of the church. We will fellowship and get to know one another.
This class is not just a new member class; it is the beginning of a new experience. Starting Point is the first step in your life as a follower of Christ, it is the beginnig of your life as a disciple of Jesus.
Never in the history of the Chritian Church has there been such a desperate need for the Body of Christ to unite. We live in times that try our faith in God, and so, we must be one in what we believe. Piror to the birth of the Christian Church, Jesus established the elements necessary for its success - He makes DISCIPELS. These disciples received clear instruction from the Lord and are commissioned to "Go...and teach..." Mt. 28:19-20. In its original text it means to become a pupil, to enroll as a scholar, and or, to disciple. Still today, DISCIPLESHIP is one of the necessary elements for successful churches.
