In our lives from birth to adulthood, we have also experienced events that have changed us.
What event in your life has impacted you the most?
What event in your life has been the most significant?
The birth of Jesus impacted the history of the world and has changed the lives of many.
Matthew 1:20 As he considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream. “Joseph, son of David,” the angel said, “do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife. For the child within her was conceived by the Holy Spirit. 21 And she will have a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.”
Luke2: 8 That night there were shepherds staying in the fields nearby, guarding their flocks of sheep. 9 Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared among them, and the radiance of the Lord’s glory surrounded them. They were terrified, 10 but the angel reassured them. “Don’t be afraid!” he said. “I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. 11 The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David! 12 And you will recognize him by this sign: You will find a baby wrapped snugly in strips of cloth, lying in a manger.”
«No tengan miedo—dijo—.

Let’s answer our question
Why is the Birth of Jesus important for us today?
THE PURPOSE OF HIS BIRTH
EL PROPOSITO DE SU NACIMIENTO
Matt 1:21 For he will save his people from their sins.
The world (human race) has a sin problem
Genesis 6: 11 Now God saw that the earth had become corrupt and was filled with violence. 12 God observed all this corruption in the world, for everyone on earth was corrupt.
1Thimoty 3:2 For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. 3 They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control. They will be cruel and hate what is good. 4 They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. 5 They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly.
THE BIRTH OF JESUS REVEALS THE TRUE NATURE OF GOD.

Philippians 2: 7Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, 8he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross.
SAVE FROM JUDGMENT
SALVAR DEL JUICIO
Luke 2:11 The Savior, the Christ – Messiah (anointed), the Lord. / ¡El Salvador—sí, el Mesías, el Señor!
John 3: 17 God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him. 18 “There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son.
Jesus meets us in our sin, but His purpose is to save us from our sins. Romans 5:8
WHY DO WE NEED SAVING?
¿POR QUÉ NECESITAMOS SER SALVOS?
Luke 19: 10 For the Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost.
Luke 4: 18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; 19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”
Because we are lost due to sin:
Porque estamos perdidos debido al pecado:
To preach salvation to us that we are:
Broken emotionally, socially
Captives by desires, costumes, traditions, habits, pride
Blind to love, patience, kindness, respect, honor, truth, self-control
Oppress by envy, bitterness, unforgiveness, hate, cruelty
You have the potential to be influential, to be a hero and raise some heroes.
If you are willing to love and trust God above your need, He will do beyond that miracle you need.
Let your self be use by God, be the innovator that can bring that specific purpose to life.
When you are willing to serve God, you will be entrusted with great things.
Let God use you because this world needs a lot of saving.

JESÚS - NACIMIENTO DE UN SALVADOR
INTRODUCTION
There have been many different events that have changed the course of history.
WE LEARN FROM MARY & JOSHEP THAT:
APRENDEMOS DE MARIA & JOSE QUE:
When you are willing to serve God, you will be entrusted with great things.

News of Great Joy
Noticias de Gran Gozo
Christmas season can be difficult to some people for so many different reasons, for others is not a good time to celebrate because it is not the real time when our savior was born, or because this holy day has its roots on paganism.
The reality is that December 25th Christmas day, is the day when the entire world understands that “is a day geared towards the person of Jesus Christ and his birth in Bethlehem.”
Christmas means so much to believers because it is the foundation of the belief that God loved us so much that he would send His Son to this world to grow and live the same way that we do.
It is also the fulfillment of scripture written centuries before as the prophets foretold.
The Angel announced:
Luke 2:10b The angel said: I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people.
Two things that the birth of Jesus demonstrate to us.
He REVEALS the Father to us.
Nos REVELA al Padre.
John 1:18
18 No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us. (He has declared Him.)

“Declared” means that Jesus revealed completely the Father.
Jesus is the Divine Interpreter of God the Father.

Hebrews 1:3
God the Father is invisible, but Jesus was visible.
The birth of Jesus and His life make it possible for all to know what God is like.

The Last Sunday of the Year
El Último Domingo del Año
With the end of the year approaching, we can’t help to think about what this year has been and what the new one is going to be.
At this moment humanity is experiencing difficult times and as a country we face serious challenges.
We need to recognize how God has cared for us, how He has guided us, and protected us during this 2021.
It is good to look at how God prepared us and take care of us during this year, that has been a roller coaster with different ups and downs, financially and emotionally with so many dos and don’ts.
We have had - A year in training:
Un año de entrenamiento formación:
We started the year with “Season of Faith” talking about character – the fruit of the Spirit, foundation for our walk with Christ, (Christian live). We walk by faith not by sight. 2Cor 5:7
Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Humility, Self-Control.
Amor, gozo, paz, paciencia, gentileza, bondad, fidelidad, humildad y control propio.
Galatians 5:22-23 - ...the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives
In this Season of Faith God took us to the “The Gospel of the Kingdom” were we not only look into the 4 gospels, but we talk about prayer, outreach, forgiveness, also we spend time going through some of the parables of the Kingdom.
The “Gospel of the Kingdom” is an important message for us today.
It begins with the Gospel of Jesus Christ - His life, ministry, death & resurrection.
It’s one of the greatest messages we need to hear & proclaim.
Matthew / Mateo 6:9-13
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your KINGDOM come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
The Kingdom of God is Love, forgiveness, and power.
We learn The KINGDOM FIRST
Aprendimos que PRIMERO EL REINO
Matthew / Mateo 6:33
“Seek [desire] the Kingdom of God above all else, and His righteousness [character], and He [The King] will give you everything you need.”
As we celebrated Holy Week we enter into “The Power of the Kingdom” we talk about spiritual gifts, principles of leadership, and experiencing the power of Jesus. God is working in our character and building our faith as citizens of His Kingdom. We experienced his powerful love and forgiveness.
Ephesians / Efesios 4:11
“These are the gifts Christ gave to the church.”
The Gifts define: King’s Power; Power of His Kingdom and the Power of His people.
Then come along the “Dreamers” we learn about Jacob, Joseph the earthly father of Jesus, Joseph the dreamer, Salomon, Daniel, we learn that a dreamer has faith that God is in control.
Job 33:15 / Job 33:15
[God] “…speaks in dreams, when deep sleep falls on people as they lie in their beds.”
God reminds us that He has a purpose in our lives and has giving us dreams and a desire to fulfill those dreams.
As we concluded “The Season of Faith” we started the message of “HOPE IS HERE”
Hebrews 6:18 / Hebreos 6:18
“So God has given both His promise and His oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us.”
There is Hope to move on, for the weary, broken, underdog, and the doubter.
Then we learn about “Jesus the Anointed of God” and how we also are anointed of God.
“MY ANOINTED ONE will be a light for My people.” - Psalms 132:17
- Salmos 132:17
Then 5 Significant Births in the Bible, the challenge to believe and stand for a miracle.

28 And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
