OUR BODIES ARE GOD’S TEMPLE

  • Our bodies are so valuable to God. 
  • The high price of purchase could only be the physical body of Jesus Christ.
  • The valuable price of Jesus’s sacrifice causes God to deem (considere) our bodies worthy to abide in.‭
  • What a sacrifice!  What a body!  
  • HOW is it possible for our bodies to be deemed worthy of the Holy presence of God?

  • And if sickness comes, despite your best efforts, remember, by His wounds you ARE healed.

    • The more excellent the food grade, the more quality the knowledge, and the cleaner the oxygen, the better our outcome. 
    • WE are what our brain eats.

You say, “Food was made for the stomach, and the stomach for food.” (This is true, though someday God will do away with both of them.) But you can’t say that our bodies were made for sexual immorality. They were made for the Lord, and the Lord cares about our bodies.” - 1 Corinthians‬ ‭6:12-13‬ ‭

Respiration is the term use to describe the exchange of oxygen from the environment for carbon dioxide from the body’s cells.

The Bible testify in Genesis 2:7 The LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground.
He breathed the breath of life into the man’s nostrils, and the man became a living person.

These scriptures show that in our birth, the presence of breath is not only associated with biological life, but that life is clearly attributed to the Author of Life, our creator God.
That Biblical breath is the Holy Spirit.

  • More than likely, in 22, we’ve already allowed ourselves to be offended - & it’s barely February. 
  • In the month of love, let’s look at our ability to live forgiveness.

  • We read from Scripture that just three evenings after “The Last Supper” (Communion), Jesus teaches on forgiveness - 1st thing after resurrection.

PERSONALLY - TWO HEART ATTACKS PERSONALMENTE - DOS ATAQUES AL CORAZÓN
  • I had two heart attacks. 
  • One of the smaller blood vessels were clogged 99% - had to have surgery. 
  • I ask how could this be if I was literally in the best shape of my life?
  • Dr said, “Genetics, stress and previous eating habits.”
  • But because I was now in good health there was no damage done and I shouldn't have any issues - but I needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

LIFESTYLE CHANGES YOU CAN MAKE: 
CAMBIOS DE ESTILO DE VIDA QUE PUEDES HACER:
  1. Eat healthy -  Oats (avena), barley (cebada), salmon, dark leafy greens, fruits, vegetables. 
  2. Get active - 150 min per week, 30 mins a day/5 days. 
  3. Stay at a healthy weight - what ever that weight is for you. 
  4. Quit smoking - and stay away from second hand smoke.
  5. Control your cholesterol and blood pressure - limit salt intake, see your Dr regularly. 
  6. Manage stress in a healthy way - find your way (listening to music, praying, meditating on scriptures that deal with the situation)
  •  Work daily at it. 
  • You can't do it one day and then don't do it for a month and a expect to have a health heart,  it doesn't work that way.
  • Not only should we be doing things to have a healthy heart physically but we should also have a health heart Spiritually.
