MIRACLES TODAY INTRODUCTION
MILAGROS HOY INTRODUCCION
Miracles still happen today.
A Miracle is the intervention of God in the normal functioning of the natural world.
Has God intervened in your life lately? Have you been praying for a miracle?
A Miracle is an ACTION of God that changes the natural and points to Him as the cause.
“Now when the multitudes saw it, they marveled and glorified God…for giving humans such power [authority].” - Matthew 9:8
- Mateo 9:8
In the Bible we find miracles in three distinct time periods.
Especially during the time of Moses and of Jesus, God was demonstrating his presence in a powerful way.
Why do you think evil in your hearts?
Gard your heart with his promises
Proverbs 4:20-23 My child, pay attention to what I say. Listen carefully to my words. Don’t lose sight of them. Let them penetrate deep into your heart, for they bring life to those who find them, and healing to their whole body. Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.
But that you may know - get knowledge, understand, be aware (I will prove or demonstrate)
That I Jesus have the power – authority to save and heal.
Psalm 103:2-3 Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me.
He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases.

PALM SUNDAY MIRACLE - “This is your day – open your eyes”
Palm Sunday:
Is the Triumphant Entry of Jesus to Jerusalem.
Is the fulfilment of a prophecy from Zechariah 9:9
Is the fulfilment of scripture like Psalm 118:26
Is the beginning of the last week of Jesus life on earth.
Jerusalem is the palace where Jesus fulfilled His mission by dying for the sins of the world.
Gods plan from the beginning. He was born and prepared to be the sacrifice. No surprise here!
Revelation 13:8b Jesus is the Lamb who was slaughtered before the world was made.
Jesus Knew his hour had come because there was an arrest warrant against him.
He entered Jerusalem to be King for a day. Zechariah 9:9; Psalm 118:26
Today Hosanna in a few days Crucify Him.
Luke 19: 41 Now as He drew near, He saw the city and wept over it, 42 saying, “If you had known, even you, especially in this your day, the things that make for your peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes. 43 For days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment around you, surround you and close you in on every side, 44 and level you, and your children within you, to the ground; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not know the time of your visitation.”
These things came to pass in 40 years, historically we know that in 70AD, after siege 143 days, 600.000 Jews died, thousands taken captive and the Temple was dismantle stone by stone. Historian Josephus
Matthew 21: 10 And when He had come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, “Who is this?”
11 So the multitudes said, “This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth of Galilee.” 12 Then Jesus went into the temple of God and drove out all those who bought and sold in the temple and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves. 13 And He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a ‘den of thieves.’ ” 14 Then the blind and the lame came to Him in the temple, and He healed them. 15 But when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that He did, and the children crying out in the temple and saying, “Hosanna to the Son of David!” they were indignant 16 and said to Him, “Do You hear what these are saying?” And Jesus said to them, “Yes. Have you never read, ‘Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have perfected praise’?” 17 Then He left them and went out of the city to Bethany, and He lodged there.

A Breakfast Miracle
Un Milagro Milagroso
Jesus said: breakfast is ready!
Jesús dijo: ¡el desayuno está listo!
John 21: 3 Simon Peter said, “I’m going fishing.” “We’ll come, too,” they all said. So they went out in the boat, but they caught nothing all night. 4 At dawn Jesus was standing on the beach, but the disciples couldn’t see who he was. 5 He called out, “Fellows, have you caught any fish?” “No,” they replied. 6 Then he said, “Throw out your net on the right-hand side of the boat, and you’ll get some!” So they did, and they couldn’t haul in the net because there were so many fish in it. 7 Then the disciple Jesus loved said to Peter, “It’s the Lord!” When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his tunic (for he had stripped for work), jumped into the water, and headed to shore. 8 The others stayed with the boat and pulled the loaded net to the shore, for they were only about a hundred yards from shore. 9 When they got there, they found breakfast waiting for them--fish cooking over a charcoal fire, and some bread. 10 “Bring some of the fish you’ve just caught,” Jesus said. 11 So Simon Peter went aboard and dragged the net to the shore. There were 153 large fish, and yet the net hadn’t torn. 12 “Now come and have some breakfast!” Jesus said. None of the disciples dared to ask him, “Who are you?” They knew it was the Lord. 13 Then Jesus served them the bread and the fish. 14 This was the third time Jesus had appeared to his disciples since he had been raised from the dead.
3 Simón Pedro dijo: Me voy a pescar.

Growing in faith since 1985
Creciendo en la fe desde 1985
In 1985 God did a miracle in Kirsten. She was 3 and taking a medication for epileptic seizures, the doctor told her parents that she was going to be on medication until she turned 10 and if there was no change it would have to be for life, she took medication for 1 year. After she was prayed for a Word from God was given saying that through Kirsten's faith, she was goanna be healed and as of that day she would no longer need the medication, she was healed.
In 2006 Efren Jr was conceived and during the pregnancy one day his parents got the news that his mom’s hormone levels were very low and that he wasn’t in his mother’s womb anymore. After a few days when his parents went back for the last time to see the doctor. The doctor said let’s do an ultrasound just to be sure. As he examined pastor Gloria, the doctor exclaimed “It’s a miracle because he is here.”
In 2015 Eugenio & Brenda were 5 months pregnant when they found out that their baby was a girl and that she had a heart defect… Left Heart Hypoplastic Syndrome (HLHS) Síndrome hipoplásico del corazón izquierdo.
They were told her condition would affect her growth (not be able to be active, very limited with physical activity), her mental state (be slow/challenged), and/or other organs might be affected and not fully develop.
After she was born and discharged, she was taking 7 medications, spread out thru the 24hr day and had to take a special formula.
Thru God's miracle, she continues to surpass the doctors’ expectations, her organs are growing normally, her teacher says she is doing so well in school. Her Pacemaker specialist is always surprised at how active she is and has said his other patients like her get tired quicker and her organs continue to function normally.
In 2018 Crystal found out that she had a tumor in her brain in the pituitary gland, (En la glándula pituitaria) she was taking medicine twice a week to shrink the tumor and having a yearly MRI of her brain to monitor the size of the tumor.
After the MRI in December 2021, there was no more tumor; only a space where the tumor had been.
The neurosurgeon said, "The way your brain was formed allowed for the tumor to get as big as it did and did not cause any side effects".

THE MIRACLE OF FREEDOM
MILAGRO DE LA LIBERTAD
THE MIRACLE / EL MILAGRO - Luke 13:10-13
10 Now He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. 11 And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years and was bent over and could in no way raise herself up. 12 But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, “Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity.” 13 And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.
THE REACTION / LA REACCIÓN - Luke 13:14
14 But the leader in charge of the synagogue was indignant that Jesus had healed her on the Sabbath day. “There are six days of the week for working,” he said to the crowd. “Come on those days to be healed, not on the Sabbath.”
(Exodus 20:8-11 - Deuteronomy 5:12–15)
15 Remember that you were once slaves in Egypt, but the Lord your God brought you out with his strong hand and powerful arm. That is why the Lord your God has commanded you to rest on the Sabbath day.
THE INSTRUCTION OF TRUTH - INSTRUCCIÓN DE LA VERDAD Luke 13:15-16
15 But the Lord replied, “You hypocrites! Each of you works on the Sabbath day! Don’t you untie your ox or your donkey from its stall on the Sabbath and lead it out for water? 16 This dear woman, a daughter of Abraham, has been held in bondage by Satan for eighteen years. Isn’t it right that she be released, even on the Sabbath?”
17 This shamed his enemies, but all the people rejoiced at the wonderful things he did.
Don’t just say to each other, ‘We’re safe, for we are descendants of Abraham.’ That means nothing, for I tell you, God can create children of Abraham from these very stones.

- Spirit of Infirmity for 18 Years Bent over - Situation painful and humiliating - which she could not conceal.
- He Saw Her and Call Her - COMPASSION / Attention to the call
- He Spoke His word and Laid Hands - In reading the gospels the Lord never laid his hand on a person possessed with a devil. Possession vs Oppression
- She Glorified God - True expression after a miracle. Every Action has a Reaction.
- Spirit of Religiosity - Leader: He had not even the courage to speak directly to Jesus.
- Religion Sets Rules - God Sets Parameters He gives us boundaries (walls) not to keep us prisoners, but to keep us safe. When we understand God’s parameters, standards, truths we understand that they are not to keep us in a box but to keep the enemy out. (Parámetros, Normas, Límites)
- Religion changed a day of Worship and Rest into a day restrictions and inaction.
- Metaphor to Show off the Hypocrisy
- Faithfulness & Faith (This dear woman, a daughter of Abraham) The woman went to synagogue for 18 years and remained in bondage, until she finally met Jesus at the synagogue. To be a “son” of someone is to have that person’s traits. To be the “Son of God” is to have God’s traits. To be a “son of Abraham” is to display a character quality of Abraham, “FAITH”.
Don’t just say to each other, ‘We’re safe, for we are descendants of Abraham.’ That means nothing, for I tell you, God can create children of Abraham from these very stones.

- Satan the Source (held in bondage by Satan for 18 years) “For 18 years she had not gazed upon the sun; for 18 years no star of night had gladdened her eye; her face was drawn downward towards the dust, and all the light of her life was dim.
